The Katoki Health and Wellness Initiative (KHEWI) is a specialised initiative of Ubuntu University of Tanzania advancing health, wellbeing and human flourishing through knowledge, learning, research and community engagement.

KHEWI approaches health and wellbeing holistically, recognising the relationships between individuals, workplaces, communities and the wider conditions within which people live.

We live by Preventing illness, Strengthening wellbeing, and Supporting meaningful lives. Advance human flourishing.

Promoting psychological, social and emotional wellbeing and strengthening people’s capacity to navigate the everyday challenges.

Supporting workplaces and organisations to create environments that promote wellbeing, dignity, healthy relationships and sustainable working lives.

Working with communities to strengthen knowledge, practices and collective approaches that contribute to healthier and more flourishing lives.

ENGAGE WITH KHEWI
